Delivery Method

Our current shipping method is UPS Standard Ground Shipping. Standard delivery times can take anywhere between 2 to 8 business days. Shipping is a flat rate as indicated during checkout anywhere in the Continental US. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders over $50 are eligible for Free UPS Standard Ground Shipping.

Return Policy

You can return new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

To initiate a return please contact us at (need email link). Then return the items, in their original product packaging, to the address listed below. Note that you can only create a return after an order has been marked as shipped.

Credit for the returned items is applied to the PayPal account that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing PayPal account within 5 to 10 days of the date that the returned item has been received.

If the return is a result of our error, Hilly may compensate you for the return shipping.

In some cases, Hilly may charge restocking fees for returned items.

Defective Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Hilly for a replacement.

Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact Hilly immediately at (need email link).

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting Hilly, we may not be able to process your return request.
